One of our staff, Dr. Lisha Li (Doctor of Law), who belongs to our design and trademark department and the China support station, passed the Chinese State bar examination of 2007. We will therefore be able to provide a more satisfactory service in various legal fields focused on Chinese intellectual property rights.

Lisha Li, obtained a Ph.D. in Law from Kobe University, an M.A. in Linguistics from Wuhan University, and an LL.M. from Kobe University. She has also passed the Chinese State bar examination of 2007. Her research fields include Antitrust Law, Communication Act, Intellectual Property, International Business Law as well as Comparative Linguistics.
Fields mainly involved: Trademark, Design, Legal affairs concerning intellectual property right infringements, Japanese-Chinese translation
