Kumiko MIDORIKAWA (maiden name: SATO), majored in German and German literature, and certified as a Software Design & Development Engineer and an Information Systems Security Administrator. She is familiar with German and English as well as Japanese. Her specialty covers German-Japanese translation, Information Technology, communication networks, software, and business models.

Tetsuji MATSUBAYASHI, born in 1971, received a B.A. in Telecommunications from the University of Kentucky in 1994. His language qualifications include TOEIC Score 960, and he also passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test in 2003. He is mainly responsible for Japanese-English translation.

Kei Nakanishi, born in 1982, obtained BA in Psychology from San Francisco State University in 2007.
His main responsibility is Japanese-English translation.
His language qualification is TOEIC Score 955.

Protection of intellectual property is one of the main issues in this global society.
What I am capable of in this field is very limited, yet I still feel proud of being involved.
I, hereafter, would like to both improve language skills and acquire special knowledge necessary for exact translation.

Keiko Hama, born in 1980、Osaka, graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with BA in Psychology in 2003.

Chiho HAMADA

Chiho HAMADA, studied at ESCEM School of Business and Management in France, in an exchange program. She is familiar with French and English as well as Japanese.

I am mainly in charge of application proceedings of cases filed from Japan to foreign countries.I will make every effort to support our clients by utilizing my communication skills in French and English and my knowledge of the patent system.

Yasuko YOKOYAMA

Yasuko Yokoyama was born 1985 and graduated from University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2008.
My primary assignment is to assist with international patent applications and post-application procedures to obtain patent rights for Japanese clients. I joined HARAKENZO WORLD PATENT & TRADEMARK after considering Japan from an objective viewpoint through experiences during my time at an American university. Thanks to this change in perspective, I came to sense the importance that patents have in protecting the country’s influence.
I will proactively aim to strengthen and polish my skills with an ever-present awareness and a great sense of responsibility, in order that I can contribute greatly to the protection of intellectual property.
