The prosecution of a Design application in Japan incurs separate fees at the time of filing and at the time of registration, as shown below:

※ 1：The above does not include fees related to electronic filing, postage or photocopies.
※ 2：Office Action(s) may be issued by the JPO between filing and registration. In this case,
        separate fees related to the response to the Office Action(s) will be incurred.
※ 3：Our Attorney’s fee in the case of related designs is 40,000 yen.
※ 4：Special fees are available for orders comprising a high number of cases. Feel free to
       contact us in this regard.
※ 5：The above fees apply in the case of a design application filed in Japan by a foreign entity.
