Patent / Trademark Attorney

Requirements

1) being a qualified patent / trademark attorney, admitted to practice in countries other than Japan (e.g. Germany, China, the U.S., Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc.)
2) having technical degree(s) in Electronics, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Optics, Computer Software, etc. for Patent Attorneys.
3) being fluent in English and/or Japanese

Preferences

being a former patent / trademark examiner or having prosecution experience

Rewards

a salary (the amount of salary is negotiable; the applicant will be asked to submit salary requirements together with a resume)

Basic Office Hours

9:00 - 17:30 (Flextime available)
Working 5 days a week (Our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays)

Vacations

National Holidays, Summer Vacation, Winter Vacation (including New Year's Day), Paid Holidays, and other special vacations

Place of Business

Osaka or Tokyo, JAPAN
