In response to the budgets of our clients, we provide the following two types of legal services concerning “TradeMark”, namely Premium” and “LCS(Low Cost Strategy)” in Japan.

For clients who desire reduced fee from filing a TradeMark application until registration at low cost in Japan, it is possible to select “LCS(Low Cost Strategy)” from the below options.

LCS®

Low Cost
Legal Services

Legal services that enable applicants to obtain TradeMark right at low cost.

■Attorney's fees for application procedures can be kept low (40,000 JPY~).

■Attorney's fee for an application for 3 or more classes is a low “Flat Fee”.

■Filing amendments and registration procedures are free of charge.

■A fee for a trademark search before filing an application is a low “Flat Fee” irrespective of a class.

■Only applicable to Japanese applications made by overseas applicants/agents.

ⅰ　Recommendable for clients who attach great importance to low cost in Japan.

ⅱ　For clients who wish to retain a number of TradeMarks as strategic TradeMarks at low cost (ex: “stock TradeMark” etc) in Japan.
