On July 2025, 7, at a seminar hosted by the Korea Intellectual Property Protection Agency (KOIPA), an affiliate of the Korean Intellectual Property Office, our partner patent attorney, Naoki Fuma, gave a lecture titled "Introduction to the Generative AI System/Guidelines in Japan - Points that Content Companies Should Know."
In his lecture, he explained the latest trends and practical points to note regarding intellectual property rights in the content industry, providing his expert knowledge with specific examples. Many questions were raised by representatives from participating Korean and Japanese companies, and the Q&A session was very lively. He will continue to share his knowledge through seminars and training sessions, and contribute to resolving the issues faced by companies and organizations.
