특허청에 의하면, 4월 1일부터, 지금까지 서면으로 밖에 받을 수 없었던 서류 중, 이하의 7서류가 출원 소프트로 온라인 수령 가능하게 될 예정이라고 합니다. 대상 서류는 다음과 같습니다.

(3) 자동 납부 관계 통지
(4) 상표 갱신 신청 등록 통지
(5) 이전 등록 완료 통지
(6) 식별 번호 통지
(7) 포괄 위임장 번호 통지

특허 정보 플랫폼의 기능 개선에 대해
특허청이 운용하는 특허 정보 플랫폼(J-PlatPat)의 일부 기능이 올해 2월 26일부터 개선될 예정입니다. 개선되는 주요 기능은 다음과 같습니다.
(1) 상표 검색 및 심결 검색에서의 사람 이름 검색은 완전 일치 검색에서 부분 일치 검색으로 변경됩니다.
(2) 특허·실용신안검색, 의장검색, 상표검색 및 심결검색에 있어서, 입력한 검색조건을 5건까지 보존할 수 있게 된다. 또한 필요에 따라 CSV 형식으로 검색 조건을 가져오고 내보낼 수 있습니다.
(3) 문헌 고정 어드레스의 랜덤 값 부분을 없애고 간소화 (어드레스를 단축)한다. 또한, 본 기능 릴리스 후에도 종전의 문헌 고정 어드레스는 이용 가능.
(4) 경과 정보의 「분할 출원 정보」탭에, 특허·실용 신안의 공개계 공보의 번호가 추가된다.

According to the JPO, as of April 1, the following seven documents, which could previously only received by letter, will be available for online receipt via the application software. The documents are as follows:

(2) Annuity receipts
(3) Automatic payment notices
(4) Notifications of registrations of trademark renewals
(5) Notifications of registrations of transfers
(6) Notifications of identification numbers
(7) Notifications of General Power of Attorney numbers

Improvement of Functions of the Japan Platform for Patent Information
Some functions of the Japan Platform for Patent Information (J-PlatPat) operated by the Japan Patent Office (JPO) will be improved from February 26 this year. The main functions to be improved are as follows:
(1) Person search in trademark search and trial decision search will be changed from exact match search to partial match search.
(2) Up to 5 search conditions can be saved in the patent/utility model search, design search, trademark search, and trial decision search. In addition, search conditions can be imported and exported in CSV format if necessary.
(3) The random value portion of fixed addresses of documents will be eliminated and simplified (shortening of the addresses). The existing fixed addresses will still be useable after the release of this feature.
(4) Publications numbers (before examination) of patents and utility models will be added to the “Divisional Application Information” tab in the Details (history information) page.
