새로운 지재 중점지원 지역 선정

　특허청, 독립행정법인 공업소유권정보·연수관(INPIT), 일본변리사회, 일본상공회의소 및 중소기업청에 의해 중소기업 등의 지재경영지원을 강화·충실화시켜 지역의 적립력 향상에 임하기 위해 “지재경영지원 네트워크”가 형성되어 있다.

　특허청에서는 상기 ‘지재경영지원네트워크’와 관련하여 2024년도부터 ‘지재경영지원모델지역 창출사업’을 개시하고 있다. 「트워크」와 지자체·지역의 지원 기관 등이 일체가 된 지원 네트워크의 제휴 강화를 도모함과 동시에, 그 지원 네트워크에 의한 중소기업 등에의 일기통관의 반주 지원 등을 실시해, 해당 지역에 있어서의 지속적인 지재 활용의 촉진을 목표로 하는 대처이다.

　구체적으로는, 선정된 지역에, 특허청이 위탁한 업자로부터 사업 프로듀서가 파견되고, 해당 사업 프로듀서에 의해 형성된 프로듀서 팀에 의해, 이하에 나타내는 지원 등이 실시된다.

  • 지역 지식 관리 지원 네트워크 강화
  • 지역 중소기업에 대한 반주 지원
  • 지역 지재 마인드 향상 및 보급 계발

　이번에, 2025년도의 「지재 경영 지원 모델 지역 창출 사업」의 대상이 되는 지역으로서 아이치현, 야마구치현 및 구마모토시의 3지역이 새롭게 선정되었다.

　향후 6개 지역에서 새로운 혁신 창출이 가속되고 지적재산을 효과적으로 활용하는 기업이 증가할 것으로 예상된다.

 

 

「지재공로상」 및 「내각총리대신 감사장」의 대상자 결정

　매년 지적재산권 제도의 발전 및 보급·계발에 공헌이 있던 개인을 대상으로 하는 “지적재산권 제도 관계 공로자 표창”, 또, 지적 재산권 제도를 유효하게 활용해 원활한 운영·발전에 공헌이 있던 기업 등을 대상으로 하는 “지적 재산권 제행 활용 우량.

　또한, 2025년에는, 상기 표창 이외에, 이하에 나타내는 표창도 행해진다.

  • 「농림 수산대신 표창」 및 「수출·국제국장 표창」: 농림 수산·식품 분야에 있어서, 지적 재산권 그 외의 지적 재산을 효과적으로 보호·활용해, 사업 경영의 발전에 현저한 성과를 거둔 기업 등이 대상.
  • 「오사카・간사이 박람회 특별상」：지적 재산을 활용한 2025년 일본 국제 박람회의 기운 양성이나 그 테마 「생명 빛나는 미래 사회의 디자인」과 친화성이 높은 대처를 실시하는 기업 등이 대상.
  • 「내각총리대신 감사장」：산업재산권 제도의 보급·발전에 지극히 현저한 공로나 공적이 있던 기업 등, 또 같은 제도를 활용해, 지역 경제의 발전에 지극히 현저한 공적이 있던 기업 등이 대상.

　상기 표창 중 내각총리대신 감사장의 대상자는 이하의 표에 기재된 바와 같다.

　특허청으로부터 2025년도 특허청 관계예산(특허회계)의 개요가 공표됐다.

 

세계 최고속 최고 품질의 심사체계 확보

(1) 필요한 심사 능력 확보 및 청내 체제 확보

  • 선행 기술 조사(특허), 식별력 등 조사(상표) 등, 원활한 심사 실시를 위해서 필요한 예산의 확보[확충]
  • 의장 심사에 있어서의 스타트업용 조기 심사 도입을 위한 체제 확보(비상근 직원 수당 증가)[신규]

Selection of New IP Priority Support Areas

　The Japan Patent Office, the National Center for Industrial Property Information and Training (INPIT), the Japan Patent Attorneys Association, and the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry have formed the “IP Management Support Network” to strengthen and enhance intellectual property management support for small and and to improve local earning power.

Recipients of “Intellectual Property Achievement Awards” and “Letters of Appreciation from Prime Minister” Announced
